We are proud to share that Somia’s co-founders, Albert Puntí and Tetiana Klymchuk, were invited as main speakers at the international ORP event:
“Revolutionizing Health and Safety: The Role of AI and Digitalization in the Workplace”, where leaders, researchers, and innovators gathered to discuss how emerging technologies are reshaping the future of prevention.
At this event, we showcased the AI-powered solutions we’ve developed in collaboration with Sabentis, currently being used by organizations to enhance prevention and health and safety management. From smart automation to user-adapted tools, these solutions reflect our commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible AI to the prevention sector.
Our talk also introduced forward-looking trends — like AI Agents, the foundation of our intelligent assistant technology at Somia. These agents are not science fiction — they are already helping businesses operate more efficiently, learn faster, and make better decisions.
We also had the opportunity to address concerns and fears around digitalization and AI adoption: job replacement, trust in algorithms, and cultural resistance. As co-founder Albert Puntí shared during the discussion:
“Resistance to change is real, but with empathy, transparency, and co-creation, we can turn barriers into bridges. Digital transformation must be done with people, not to people.”
